Of all the B&N locations I've visited, this one is by far the busiest as it also functions as an entrance to the mall. As such foot traffic can be hectic. They have restrooms for customers, but they are code locked. In the warmer months, the children's area, which features a massive window facing west, gets quite hot in the afternoons.nnThe staff are lovely and helpful, and the books are, of course, phenomenal.

This is the Barnes & Noble you've come to expect, like the Titanic of books and other nostalgia. I like this particular store because of their cafe where you can sit, enjoy something nice to drink, and check out the books you're eager to purchase. So come explore and enjoy yourself.

Too narrow parking lanes. Store is too small. Lack of photo books, and books about photography and fashion. Restrooms are in lock. Too many people comes for coffee only. Well organized. No mess on shelves. A lot of mall clients passing through

Curly hair woman working on 12/19 at the register wouldn't even look into my eye the whole transaction, looking at the abyss. It made me feel uncomfortable, I am not hard to please at all, I come here all the time. The other guy was so much nicer I wish he helped me instead lol

Great gift ideas for all ages! Not just books… many games, craft kits and Lego kits etc. as well- reasonably priced too. Love the atmosphere here. Plus a great place to walk through to enter the mall!
