Please get your books delivered to you and go to a different CSN bookstore. Phone calls aren't picked up and hours aren't updated. I drove 20 miles on the last refund day because I work full time and got there at 4:08 assuming it was fine since hours state they close at 5, but there is a piece of paper that says they close at 4pm but no change online. The place also just smells like the employee's food.

There is a female employee there who does not listen to you whatsoever and is absolutely god awful at assisting customers. They always have the rows of books blocked off so I have to rely on her to get me the right ones. I tell her all the correct information and still she comes back with a book completely different than what I had told her I needed. She has been working there for a long time, she should already know how to do her job correctly.

they usually have everything you need here for the campus. If they don’t have it they will call and order it from one of the other bookstores as well. I am now an out of state student and I called them and they express delivered my books to me in Minnesota. They are all so helpful and welcoming people who work here. They also sell snacks, drinks, and school supplies. Great one stop shop for the campus. They are not open on the weekends.

My teacher requested a custom book for Spanish 101 – Tu Mundo in it should only have 3 chapters rather than 5 chapters. The 3 times that I visited, the workers told me this is the right book and there was nothing else for Spanish 101. The price of the book was $112 and the other book should be around $80. The workers are clearly not doing their job and need to improve on their customer service. Overall my experience was bottom line horrible and I hope to never return unless it is my last resort.

Every one is so nice and helpful. They were fast in getting my books and getting me out the door. Also, the girl with short blue hair was so nice.
