People that get books here and not online or on ebay are not that smart with these prices for sure. I mean I never ordered any books here and really a lot of stuff like notepads, and other common supplies you can buy at any other store cheaper, go to Walmart and save money. Stop giving them money for over priced items.

I cannot say enough about this bookstore and it's team! A book I needed wasn't on the shelf and not only did Chelsea locate it, she made sure it was immediately brought up from storage. When I had issues with my 3rd party voucher, Chelsea made a phone call and immediately solved it. As she did this all, she was the go-to resource for all the cashiers for all their questions and situations. Wow!!! And she was polite, friendly, dedicated, and committed to every student she helped!!! Thanks for starting my semester so well!!

I placed an order for a book on August 2 to be shipped to my home. After 2 weeks with no word, I contacted them and was told, “Those books are still in route to our store and we expect them any day now.” Meanwhile, while entering week 4, I am in my second week of classes and still no book.nnEDIT: they realized they made a mistake and didn’t have the book so they offered to make an exception and sell me a new version of the book.nnEDIT 2: They let me know the book would ship out with next day delivery (at no extra charge) on August 25 . . . three days later – still no book. . .

I had ordered a code from online to be picked up at this store. I had been waiting for about two weeks and I knew that was too long of a time span for an item to be in transit. I went in to this store, asked about it, and in total, I would say I stood at the desk for about 1 hr 30 minutes, and that is for one ebook, of which thankfully I managed to obtain. Absolutely unacceptable. If you are going to order online from this place, from my experience, your best bet is to just ship your order to your home. They never even emailed me when the item came to the store. This store's not informing me that the item is in could potentially cause harm to my grade. When I ordered items before and had them shipped to my home, they were at my home in 3-4 days usually. I will never use their pick up at store feature again. An absolute disaster in my opinion.
