Mansfield Comics and Manga

Mansfield Comics and Manga is a great local shop and absolutely worth checking out if you’re in the Mansfield or South Arlington area. While the space is on the smaller side, the selection is solid and thoughtfully curated. They have a nice library of trade paperbacks, a strong manga selection, and a decent assortment of toys and collectibles as well.nnThe owner is extremely knowledgeable and consistently offers great recommendations, and the rest of the staff clearly knows their comics too. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the medium.nnI also want to address another review mentioning consistently late pull lists. I know several comic shop owners, industry writers and artists, and people who work in distribution, and delays are almost never in the hands of individual shop owners. Comic shops of all sizes are at the mercy of the supply chain, and carriers like FedEx and UPS can — and do — impact deliveries across the board. Issues like that affect everyone, not just one shop.nnIf you’re looking for a reliable comic store in the Mansfield/South Arlington area, especially if your previous go-to shop has moved farther away, I’d encourage you to stop in and give Mansfield Comics and Manga a fair shot.

Nice store with lots of options for new comics, compendiums, and omnibuses. Loved the variety and organization. Was just slightly disappointed with the condition the brand new comics were in (small bends or frayed spine) but those can be unavoidable.

Really nice little shop. The owner was super helpful and willing to chat it up about any and all thing comic related. I even brought up a book I'd been looking for for awhile and while we were talking about it her tried to look it up for me. 100% will be coming here again.

Nice shop. Unfortunately they rarely will have what you need in stock (they get pulls days late for some reason), and despite what their sign says, they are not open everyday from 12-7, I know because im sitting outside of their store at 4 PM on a Tuesday right now and they are inexplicably closed.

What a great place! The super nice gentleman that helped me out made me a customer for life in one visit!! Super well stocked for the size well laid out and just a nice place. I was interested in a new series and he helped me out with getting both of the new issues. Thanks for a great visit.
