I've visited this store once so far out of curiosity because it was next to a different store that I had to go inside. I love looking at all the books on the shelves because the selection is huge!nThe only disappointment was that this location isn't carrying Tonies but I was able to find new books I haven't seen yet for my kids 🙂
Absolutely beautiful location! Great selection of books, spacious eating area, vinyl record section, I can't wait to see some of the events here!nnThe only reason why I took away a star is because of the restrooms. They are gender neutral (which I like and prefer) but there is no urinal. Maybe I'm odd (I mean I know I am so that was rhetorical… But…). I just do not want to sit where random men have stood. Possibly not good aim, splash splash, etc. Plus, the flushing device was broken.

i was so excited when i heard that barnes & noble was moving to a bigger location, but i was SO disappointed when i visited after they opened. the old location had so much charm; i loved the kid's area, the couches, the cafe, the area in the back with all the music and movies, the displays of the toys and figures…. it felt like a real bookstore. it was inviting, open, comfy, and whimsical!! this new location is so cramped, confusing, and just gives the vibe of 'give us money and get out'. i used to go to b&n all the time, but i will NOT be going back to this location ever again. b&n has certainly lost track of what the people want when they visit their local bookstore. we don't want a bland, cramped, corporate shell of a bookstore. we could just order books on amazon if we wanted that (and that would be easier, and cheaper). just feels like they WANT in person bookstores to become obsolete.
Although they have a wide selection of books and other goods; they lack proper public restrooms that accommodate their customers. We waited for over 20 minutes for a bathroom use as they only have 2 toilets!! A large store this size should have better accommodations for customers. A bathroom with at least 3 stalls per bathroom and separate women and men restrooms. Also could use a price reduction since everything is so expensive!!!
