Great bookstore for books you won’t find elsewhere – only allowing cash was a bummer in the age of tap to pay, but it keeps their prices lower. My partner complained that it was a bit smelly/dingy/warm

I come to Minneapolis bi-monthly for work. I will make sure I stop in and grab a new book every time I visit. You guys are incredibly lucky a place like this exists in your community.

Great selection of leftist books and periodicals, including some used books. Expect to find friendly and helpful people hanging out, if you're looking for conversation. They carry the classics of theory as well as some newer fiction and analysis. Highly recommended.

A mainstay in Minneapolis for a reason! Broad spectrum left books, including some good fiction and culture writing, with all the classics of anti imperialist/liberation writing. Also a clear hub for thinking and talking, and they had a great (union-made) t shirt.
