Faster Than Light Project

Jared and Kate, disbelieving, they were thrown together by accident. Cautiously intrigued, they were recruited to be part of a project that went contrary to their understanding of the laws of nature. They became targets and almost killed while preparing for a new adventure. They were offered a chance to do something dreadfully dangerous … something no one else had ever done. Something magical and historical. Ugly, unknowable risks were almost certain. Kate felt powerful, fresh new feelings around Jared. Quizzical about these new emotions, she agreed to go. In the twinkling of an eye they were transported to a new, terrifying planet, light years away from Earth. A planet “habitable” according to the scientists. The experts were wrong. The planet was darkly threatening and within hours they began to tremor with the thoughts…no the expectations…that they would not survive the exploration of this new, haunting landscape. The light of the setting sun faded. They were alone.
