Love Within begins with a story about how humanity was created. Then, prophecy regarding the paths of love and destruction are discussed. The Storyteller then explains how thoughts create and how to recreate them. Many examples and processes are offered to release emotional debris (stuck emotions).

Yet, it is over-expansive, all-embracing, for if the image were to be inhaled it would fit within the eye of a needle. Yet, if it were to be exhaled it would encompass beyond what the mind could conceive, for there is not a beginning and there is no end to the Light. It is who you are.”
