About the Author: Denny Joseph is an International Corporate Trainer, Career Coach, NLP Practitioner, Author, Toastmaster and a Marathoner. He began his career with the Indian Navy in 1987 as an Anti Submarines Warfare Instructor and moved to Singapore in 2002 as a Training Consultant for Singapore Technologies Training & Education Pte Ltd. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Sangai International University (SIU), Manipur and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Specialist Diploma in Career Counseling (SDCC) from Republic Polytechnic, and Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers (CIDTT), Singapore.

He is the founder of Genius Minds Academy, Bangalore and the co-founder of Nexus Training International, Singapore.
