Miami Dade Hialeah Campus Bookstore

I love this Campus, I have been here to different events, we even brought our Drone Training School stand to show all the different benefits of the drone industry, all the employees are very friendly and helpful the campus is very inviting and the best of all is all the cool programs that they have to offer! Looking forward to come back for future events!

Whenever I've tried to go to this campus it's always a mission… I can't even stand the employees/staff… most of them are very rude and don't know what they're talking about. I would rather go to North Campus or drive to the Wolfson campus than take another class or spend another moment at the Hialeah campus. I love that they've modernized the campus and made it pretty and 'luxurious' but what they also need to concentrate on is their staff. One semester I had placed an online order for some books and when I went to inquire about the books at the book store the ignorant and extremely rude book store manager was yelling at me and calling me a thief saying that i had stolen the book and that where was it? I told her that I was there to pick up the books and that I didn't have them and she kept asking me, very rudely that where were the books and that I had to pay for them. Extremely rude woman, very ignorant and she had absolutely no manners!!! This campus needs better management. It needs a lot of work. I don't hold every single employee accountable of course but it needs to improve.

I am studying at that school and I love the prepared teachers they have. I admire his talent and his dedication. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to continue with education as a means of professional improvement.

Answering the phone is a normal thing, folks. Get to it bookstore staff. And if you close at 4 pm, it can not state at 5 pm on the website. It just does not make sense.

Have called over 20 times and have been on hold and no answer and the one time they picked up they hung up on me after being on hold for 30 minutes
