I always receive excellent customer service from different employees. I have had them go out of their way to find a book that was in a shipment box and locate several specific books . I would rather buy in-store vs other companies online. It never disappoints to go in, always worth the extra 2-3$ more. They have a vast selection in store and suggestions for future reads. Also worth noting we have 9 people in our family, various interests and levels… almost always everyone can find something they love.

This is a large store with a large selection of books, puzzles, toys, gifts, records, and several other products and there is a cafe on-site with beverages and light snacks available. The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm in there it just made shopping uncomfortable. I also would have like a computer to look up the availability of items and where they would be located.

Oh, I had never been here before but my grandkids an I liked it so much we will definitely be coming again an again. So many great books an the toy section, music section , you could just get stuck there an enjoy a coffee when you tired of walking around ☺️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Asher with customer service was really helpful. I asked where I could find a book and she helped me locate it. I also noticed as we were walking towards where my book was she was putting way other books as we walked. Her multitasking skills are fantastic. Thank you Asher!!

I've coming here since the 90s when I need to unwind. So much changes in life, but the calm soothing vibe of this place stays wonderfully the same. Excellent selection of books and music, and the cafe is great, too! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but never overbearing.
