This is a beautiful place that just oozes knowledge and a love of books in a welcoming atmosphere. I had a chance to meet Mr. Lanier, the owner, when I stopped in and he helped me find the exact book I was seeking. I'm delighted they are close by and are Black-owned and -operated. This is their own location. Parking in reasonable and free in the private shopping center lot. The entire feel of this neighborhood bookstore is a vibe from the music to the decor to the reading room for children. Everything is well-labeled and there is remarkable attention to detail in terms of the organization. It's definitely worth a trip and please support them often and always.

A Better Today Books and Boutique way surpassed my expectations! It has a great selection of books at very reasonable prices-fictional, inspirational, healing, food, historical, children’s books…. The beautiful decor and music just invites you in and makes you want to stay and relax a bit. So many great gifts too! I took a group of ladies and we had the best time and took home lots of great finds.

I had the pleasure of shopping at the beautiful home away from home boutique book store! I loved the aroma, decor and customer service. I brought my two girls and they loved the kids room and felt right at home. I highly recommend shopping here!
