As a proud Morehouse alum, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Morehouse College Bookstore. They asked for a review—here it is. The customer service from Ansley and another staff member was poor and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the prices of several items did not match the tags when they rang up at the register, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better.
It was truly an experience and all yhe merchandise available for the whole family from parents to grandparents. Service was great by the cashier.

Morehouse Bookstore has to be better. Has to. I ordered a 60 dollar shirt…with tax…then shipping…..75 dollars. Fine.nnNot fine is that I ordered it on a Thursday and not only has the money not be taken out of the account, it hasn't shipped. We are now 4 business days away.nnI've hesitated ordering from the Bookstore in the past because of a similar experience a few years back…but thought they would be better by now.nnThey're not. Just go and get what you need when you visit or go to Homecoming.
They do not answer their phone or respond to emails.
