Avid Reader at Broadway Station

I am enjoying this store more and more every time I go. They have a great and interesting selection of new books not just the best sellers or run-of-the-mill stuff but interesting stuff that people who like to read would find interesting. I like the other things they sell there too like the cards and the notebooks and writing utensils. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and it's in a great location. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

This is one of my favorite bookstores in town! It's always quiet and peaceful. All the kids toys really help to buy me more time browsing by keeping my daughter occupied. We love to support local as much as possible so we try to get our books here first!

I was just parking here for the No Kings protest so I only briefly dropped in to say thanks to the owner (for offering up free parking for the event). It was my first time visiting, and it was too short, but it's now on my radar for a return visit. The front counter guy was very gracious and friendly, and the interior is filled with light and books, which left a great first impression.

What's not to love about a bookstore? :-)nnWe visited the Avid Reader for an event and ended up shopping there as well. They have a very nice setup with adequate space for book reading to a small crowd.nnThey have ample items for kids to shop including books and toys.nnAssociates are very friendly. Highly recommend in case you want to go check out some books in a neighborhood book store.

I love this place. It's hard to find a good book store anymore, and I live that this is a small business.
