The experience you would expect from the classic book store. Great selection of music, the coffee shop is great, and the custome service was very good. Highly recommend, a bookstore still beats on line for the curiosity purchases. Corporate needs to buy the store new external signage though. It is really faded.

Slowly building my library with books from here. I love my routine weekend trips! Getting a coffee and finding books is always wonderful here. Everyone is so friendly and the store is super clean and organized. Love it!

It’s good that Tucson has a large Barnes and Noble. They have a usual large selection of books as well as magazines. My kids love the kids book selection. They have reading programs there as well as different events through the year. In the age of surf and buy online it’s refreshing to be able to go to a physical bookstore. Hope this store remains a cornerstone in Tucson for many years to come.

As a certified bookaholic, I find as many opportunities as I can to go to the store. It's clean, has a large inventory, and I enjoy checking to see what local authors are selling as there are many in-store signings on weekends. I also love the nice big Starbucks. It's a great location! The construction going on can make it a little harder to get into, but it's worth it.

I love this place but the fact that they wont stop using my rewards money when I tell them not to is infuriating. How hard is it? YOU ASK ME TO MY FACE STOP APPLYING IT ANYWAY!!!!. That and the 30% of the time when they refuse to scan my member barcode and opt to look it up on the computer and the purchase doesn't count towards stamps. Very annoying.
