Official synopsis Publisher
The photographs in this book were originally selected by Wilmer Gardner (1911-2007) a founding member of the Clackamas County Historical Society. They appeared in the original “Old Oregon City” printed in May 1976 as a sepia tone book 8″ high by 11.5″ wide. In this reproduction we have chosen a different size and layout style and, in a few instances, have substituted photographs due to the condition of the original negatives after the passage of time. But, even with these changes, this book remains true to the spirit of our founder and his dedication to preserving the history of Oregon City and the images of its past.–Provided by publisher.
