Love this book store. Nice mixture of new and used books, with some great local gifts, puzzles, and more. They have a great website too 👏

Just left with an arm full of books at more than fair prices =)nnWe called in advance to see about bringing our cat in (who is harness-trained) while browsing books. The staff was very open to the idea and we were met with friendly faces. It's obvious they've fostered a positive work environment where their people thoroughly enjoy what they do.nnWe'll certainly be by Page 1 after we finish all the books we've bought!

Number One Place I look for used books at to complete childhood collections and books I loved in my younger years. Absolutely adore this place. Recently was able to complete my Eragon collection from here!

I have been shopping and trading books at Page 1 for a couple of decades now, and they've only gotten better. Recently, for the first time, I had the Special Collections folks assess a handful of books for trade. Sierra, one of the antiquarians, was very responsive and extremely thoughtful in assessing the books. She was gracious enough to spend about an hour with me discussing her assessment for the books I proposed trading. She offered a terribly fair value for trade credit and I spent it at the store immediately. Page 1 is the only place to shop and trade locally in Albuquerque.

Great find in Albuquerque! Page 1 Books has a large selection of both new and used books in every genre and the store is well organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had finished all of the books I packed for my trip and was able to take advantage of the trade-in program to stock up for the trip home– having both new and used editions next to each other gave me great options and made my browsing easy.
