This review is way overdue 🤗 .nnI have been shopper / a member at this barnes and noble for 17yrs. I’m a real regular . It’s nice to have a place I can go to and be comfortable . The managers , the employees are spectacular . They go above and so beyond helpful, friendly in store ( they will make time to just say hi and ask how you are doing if your in the store , I think that’s just the best , I love it .) they really treat you like family ❤️or if you call looking for a book / movie ect . They donEverything to help find what you need . They work as a team is top . It’s the best . The store is always clean , they keep very good care of their products , they do alot of multitasking to keep that store running and it’s so well donen. The whole staff is just amazing. Again As a customer of 17yrsnI really appreciate there time , care and effort . I’m a very very very very loyal customer , it’s my happy place , I just love it. So I surely can say it’s worth being a membernAnd getting that extra 10 % off ( with the nice tote bag . They are also very good at branding /selling there products and deals with emails .nnI also will say their cafe is nice . It’s clean and relaxing . I’ve Been a very very Regular customer in that area for about 5yrs. There staff in that area is also very helpful and patient . It’s a lot to keep everything running smoothly but again it’s all about team work and it’s done good . My order can be more complicated , I like the hot chocolate and frappe a certain way , I’m very particular how it’s done , but they always are willing and understanding even if they are very busy . That keeps a customer coming back and very happy .nnI hope this helps others want to shop and be a member . I really would prefer to give the store 10nStars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to be careful I Barnes & Noble not to over spend. I love books and I love table games. B & N have it all. I went there for a book I was looking for a saw other books I wanted so I bought them and spent over $300. When I got home I realized I didn't get the book I came for. So I went back the next day and got it along with other books I wanted and spent over $250. So now I bring a me a supervisor when I go in there to keep me on track…or I shop online. They are always so helpful!

Extremely helpful and kind staff, great selection. It's my happy place! Premium membership is so worth it. My only complaint is the parking lot, there were no lights and it was too dark to feel comfortable getting back to my car.

I really love Barnes & Noble as it has a little bit of everything! I highly recommended their premium membership for the best value and the best discounts overall! It seems a lot of retailers are going to this direction but with the discount on all things including Lego I highly recommend signing up for this subscription and taking advantage of the books, magazines, and toy discounts!

Wonderful place to shop, browse or relax with a book and a cup of coffee or tea. Excellent selection of books and gifts as well as toys for all ages. One trip won't be enough. You'll quickly become a regular.
