This gorgeous space on SW 9th is my new favorite bookshop! The selection is so well curated – it's both literary and accessible! The vibe is so welcoming and warm, and you can sit and read and slow down while you make your choices. I'm seriously in love with this place.

One of the smallest used bookstores I’ve ever been in and also one of the best! Incredible selection of modern literature and fiction. If you’re in PDX do not miss this place! ❤️

This is a must-see for the curious. The owner has a diversity of high quality books logically organized along the 2 story bookend-shaped store. The prices are reasonable. No stroll down quirky Foster Blvd is complete without a stop here.

Small, cozy, and expertly curated! I loved my visit to Word Virus. This bookshop houses a large poetry, memoir, and literature collection. Its small but comfortable, and the owner was so kind.
