Underground Railroad Reading Station

That's spot. 1 of my first stops when I go to Greektown. Even before I eat.

The Proprietress was very nice, personable, courteous, made us feel very comfortable!!! Had so many nice gifts, interesting books, bags, cups and hidden treasures.. I spent over $100!!! You should stop by and patronize this business!!

Great Book store……..You automatically receive the smell of real books filling the air as you enter. You get a real sense of that old school vibe only pre millennials can relate to. Like opening a new book to feel the page's flip and the smell of learning only reading from real books can give

Reading Room with Landmark history of African Americans who have personal relationships to Jesus Christ. Very uniquely interesting!

Hours aren't correct. Drove 25 minutes to check this out based on the posted hours only to be told that the store isn't open during church.
