Alumni looking for a new coffee mug, they want $23 for a regular sized mug. I almost busted out laughing. Ridiculous, no thank you.

I am an alum; I always go here for merchandise. They have great sales on quality stuff and I get a really good Alumni discount!

If you want to order textbooks, order them on Amazon or rent on Chegg. This bookstore is so slow on fulfilling the textbooks’ orders. And the cashiers were rude when being asked about them. I witnessed them being harsh to another student with an online order and eventually told him “maybe next time you should just come here and buy it instead of ordering online”. Extremely obnoxious.

The people working the registers are so rude to the students. The books are rarely available before classes start (usually you’re waiting 1-2 weeks into classes). The prices are exorbitant (you can get them cheaper from Amazon or even the manufacturer). Disappointing for a student bookstore.

Busy place but handles the demands of students well. Could've used a bit more clarity on the order pick-up for online student books. I waited in 3 different lines before I got the right help.
