I had a terrible experience with purchasing a hood for my doctoral regalia over the phone. First, the staff overpromise on the delivery speed. I was told that it will take 2-3 weeks but it took about 5-6 weeks. Second, the hood I received was different from what I ordered (I ordered shield style while they shipped me a traditional style). Fortunately, they did replace another hood for me, which took another 5-6 weeks to arrive. But the quality of the new shield-style hood is not close to what is advertised on website. The website said the velvet is edged with rich, gold cording, whereas the hood I got does not have any cording. Overall, I'm disappointed with the quality of the product.

I bought a hockey T-shirt online, and they sent me a plain BC shirt instead and I’ve called everyday for a return label with no response! They keep saying Dion will email me but he never does ! Staff is horrible- never buying again

A wide variety of products are available to purchase here ad they never seem to run out of stock of anything, however the price of apparel, whether it be t-shirts or crew neck sweaters, is a bit too expensive for me. If prices were lower, they'd receive a 5-Star rating however, the prices simply dampen the appeal of the store.

The worst! Ordered 2 items for in-store pick up. One order arrived to Newton store but never got info about second item. Called and emailed but no response. When I said I would dispute charges, was told items would be overnighted but only one arrived a WEEK later. Still waiting on second. I just wanted two sweatshirts. Go somewhere else for apparel.

Great selection of BC branded clothing and accessories. Hit the close out rack for seasonal deals. Normally, all of the hot name brand clothes, at equally high-end prices, but if you are willing to drop a few bucks, they have what you want. (If you have anything let, after paying BC tuition).
