UMass Boston Bookstore

everytime i go in, the staff is very quick to greet me & immediately offer help; they’re so friendly and they’re very resourceful. the last few times, i have had issues with order number mixups or things not arriving on time, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful with resolving it 🙂

Had almost everything a student would need to get through a day of classes and assignments

I LOVE UMass/Boston, but I now live in Oregon. This bookstore has so many hoodies and other ways to remember my time there. They were helpful and friendly. There's also a Dunkin' super close.

Gets the job done. Prices are insane for common items. The best priced things are mainly school supplies thankfully. 1.45 one class notebooks saved my life so many times.nnThe convenience items can definitely be better but you're going to the bookstore for well textbooks and school supplies. Not snacks or beauty products.

It has a decent amount of stuff but some of the things you might need like cough drops don't get restocked very often so you can't always rely on it, and the lines are very long between classes sometimes. Some days a police officer stands just inside the door and stares at everyone, so that can be kind of uncomfortable. Obviously there's also a markup on everything because it's a college store. 3 stars because the cashiers are really nice and I like the snacks.
