What a WONDERFUL store and the staff is so friendly and they always do their best to get me my books, supplies +!!! It’s no wonder they have been in business for over 40 years!! I was SO happy and appreciative when I took my grandson 7 yrs old and granddaughter 5. Brad the owner gave them FREE comics and a stuffed animal, that I was already going to buy!! I think I was happier than the kids!!! WOW!!! Allstar comics has so much to offer new and seasoned collectors! It’s by far the very best store I’ve ever been too and we travel across the country a lot! It’s truly a hidden treasure if you ever have the opportunity GO!!! You’ll love it!!

Free Comic Book Day is coming up on May 3 this year, so I thought now would be a good time to do a review.nnI returned to reading comics after a 20+ year absence and walked into Allstar Comics. I met Brad who is very kind and knowledgeable, who helped me find what I was looking for, his shop has fair and reasonable prices, is clean and has quite a fair bit of stock. New and vintage comics, collectibles, variant covers, trade paperbacks and vintage toys line the stores walls and display cases. There's a lot of nostalgia for me seeing the items that make it into the store.nnIn fact just last week he returned from a toy convention with quite a haul of vintage toys and collectibles (some visible in the pictures). I keep returning to the store not only for the service, but because they are friendly and so are the customers who frequent it.nnThey will do a pull list to hold your new comics for you and if you missed a recent comic, he can try to order it for you. If you don't see something in the store, ask he may be able to get it for you since he's very helpful.

Nice store, nice friendly and helpful staff, great prices. Went into the store this weekend and saw a large collection of Star Wars figures and collectibles on a table. Walls are lined with old comics, colorful covers and new comics towards the back of the store.nSo many back issues and then there are vintage items across many different display cases. So much to see and such a sense of nostalgia to the place. Overall, such a great experience, it's a place worth visiting.

Best way to describe the comic experience here is that they have the DC Absolute comics series. Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Flash, Green Lantern and the Martian Manhunter in the new comics section. They also have Absolute comics in trades as well, along with a whole lot of other titles in trade form. If that isn't enough, there's a large selection of back issues of some of the most popular titles published.nnSo much to see, action figures, collectibles, some sports memorabilia, some Beatles and Elvis items, and vintage toys in display cases around the shop. There's even a case with statues near the entrance. There's a Hulk theater display and a life size Silver Surfer towards the back of the store hanging from the ceiling. This store is not only a place to buy comics and collectibles, but a destination to lose yourself in.nnThe owner makes the experience even better with his friendly demeanor and helpful personality. The store reflects this in its appearance. It's a welcoming place to enjoy your hobby.

Me and my son stopped by to buy some Star Wars comics and maybe some other related items. The clerk/owner made a snarky comment when my son became interested in a storm trooper helmet he picked up to take a look at he was simply holding it to see it. Perhaps I would have bought it for him. Then the owner makes a snarky comment to him una rude tone basically implying my son shouldn’t be touching it. Why is it there in display then -.- the place smelled dirty and I just couldn’t handle it before snapping back so we walked out to take out business elsewhere. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. ITS AN OLD SORRY MAN WITH AN ATTITUDE. sorry for the honesty.
