If you love books this Is a must place to come,you can request books from outside and came to your local barnes.Thats a 10 for me

Enjoyed listening to local author, Jose Williams read his book. The World is a Beautiful Place but….

I came in to browse for books and ended up leaving empty-handed after being harassed for using the restroom. I do not use public restrooms unless it is absolutely necessary, and in this case it was an emergency. I was in the stall for approximately eight minutes when I was aggressively forced out by frantic, repeated knocking. The door did not even have a lock. When I exited, the female employee offered no explanation or apology for the urgent knocking. This experience was unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable.

I called to see if they had cards available at the store like pokemon or SpongeBob packs and the man who answered was very rude and grumpy sounded like an older man in his 40 or 50s and he said that this I guess was the only Barnes and nobles that doesn’t offer packs and when I told him thank you he didn’t say your welcome or anything just rudely said bye and hung up. It made me sad and killed my spirit 🥺 if your gonna be in customer service they should be out going and kind not mean like that don’t even want to work there 😪
