One of the clerks seemed very racist. She was a short, middle-aged, Asian woman. While I was doing the self checkout she was hounding me. I put my keychains I was purchasing in one the checkout bags and she runs up and says they cost 49 cents. I was like okay. I think I can afford 49 cents if I’m buying $50 worth of keychains and magnets 🙄🙄🙄 Then she goes in my bag and counts my items. First time in Nashville and she was rude and racist 🤦🏾‍♀️

Self checkout is terrible. So complicated and so many questions to answer on the screen they have an attendant standing there to help with the process. Either simplify it or try something smart, like human interaction with a clerk at a register.

I was watched while every second while trying to purchase my candy. Horrible treatment!!!

Bought a couple of coloring sets for my kids all marked $14.99. They rang up as $16.99 and the cashier just wanted to argue with me rather than correct the price. I’ve worked retail for years, she should’ve adjusted the price.

Decent if you want to stop last minute and get something, but pricey.
