This little shop is quirky and inclusive. They have a good selection of graphic novels and children's books, as well as a lot of local and indie books and BookTok favorites. They have a tea station, plus some gaming and pride resin crafts, sugar scrubs, and other gifts.

Lindsay is doing the work of Saints over there!! She’s deeply rooted into the community and the spine bookshop is a place where you can easily make friends and learn more about growing your own community around them.

Tiny little shop but filled with interesting books. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. She said they were moving soon and would have more space.nI always try to support local small bookstores whenever I travel. I look forward to checking out their new location when I'm back in the area.

I am so thrilled to finally have a bookstore in Smyrna and it's just as cute as can be!!! Lindsay is so helpful, kind, and enthusiastic! She was reading the same book I was looking for and offered to order another book I wanted right then! She also filled me in on the Local Author's Book Club, which sounds amazing! The shop itself has so many bookish, adorable features including dragons and flying keys. A true book lover's dream! If you haven't checked out the Spine, yet, GO! You won't regret it!

When I made the decision to gift books for Christmas, I wanted to support a small, locally owned business. I called for directions to the bookshop to find out they were closed. The owner, Lyndsey, said, “I’m 10 minutes away. If you can wait I’ll open for you!” and gave me directions. WHO DOES THAT?!nnFirst FIVE STARS for customer service! Then Lindsey walked me to exactly the books I was looking for, showed me her $1 bin, and talked about life in general. She provided the most amazing shopping trip I’ve ever experienced.FIVE STARS for charm, kindness, intelligence, and being all that’s good in our world. Bravo!nn(And she probably supports the Oxford comma.)
