Lots and lots of books, mostly in Russian but they have English translations of Russian books; run by a sweet lady!

I can't recommend this shop enough! I ordered two books online to Australia and they came so fast. They were so well packaged and an amazing price. Customer service was excellent, quick responses, with very kind and helpful staff. They have a great selection of books in very good condition. I recommend this shop to everyone, I had such a pleasant experience ☺️ thank you so much!

A gem of a bookstore, great selection of Ukrainian, Russian, Belorussian (and more) books, literature, history with plenty of author's talks. Highly recommend even if you're not any of the above! Thank you for my copy of Turgenev.

Globus Books is a lovely little bookstore located on Balboa. It's packed with fiction and nonfiction in Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, and English. The bookstore has that great book smell and is lined from floor to ceiling in packed-full bookshelves. The woman running it was incredibly kind and pointed me to the English section. It was mostly translations from Russian, and I walked out with an Anton Chekov book of short stories. If you're in the area, it's totally worth it to visit Globus Books, especially if you're bilingual.

A true gem for book lovers, huge variety of new and used books in Slavic languages, mostly in Russian. Highly recommended!
