Alienated Majesty Books

Great bookstore with many international authors not typically found in your larger bookstores. Wide variety and alternating titles every month I believe. Would definitely recommend if you want to look for new titles not on a list or social media.

This place is an indie bookstore that will make an average person question their reading comprehension abilities. It has books and zines I’d never imagine be written about topics I’ve never considered may have a book about it.nnIt’s pretty cool. Would recommend, vibes immaculate. You’ll find books here that you’ll probably find no where else in the entire state of Texas. It seems to be a safe space for the weirdos, freaks and geeks of society. A place where those who don’t conform to societal norms can find a book about their niche way of non-conforming.nnThey host cool events too.

This place is the perfect place for readers! It has an array of books from textbooks to fiction to poetry and novels. This is perfect for language learners that want to read in Spanish, Chinese, French, Japanese, and many others. Rare finds are abundant; that can be found with hours of curiosity. I could have blown my whole check at this place! The books are reasonably priced.

My new favorite bookstore! One of the best collections of lesser known publications and micro presses I've seen. I was able to find books that I thought were only available internationally.

The best book store in Austin. Every city should be so lucky to have a place like this. From zines to books from Indy publishers on all sorts of topics this is the spot of all spots. It's also a great gathering place as they have shows and workshops and things. It just feels good in there.
