I recently visited the Barnes & Noble at 1150 El Camino Real in San Bruno, and it was an absolute delight! This spacious store is impeccably organized and clean, making it a joy to browse through their extensive selection of books, magazines, movies, and unique gifts. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.nI love the cozy atmosphere, perfect for losing yourself in a good read or discovering new journals and stationery. The in-store café serving Starbucks drinks was a nice touch, adding to the relaxing vibe (pro tip: use your B&N rewards here!). Whether you're a bookworm or just popping in for inspiration, this location has it all. Highly recommend—five stars all the way!
This bookstore is closing. I am so sad because I have been coming here since over 10 years ago while I was working at this mall as a piano teacher. Food angel often comes here to help out at Panda Express. Angels love this BBQ place called, Jack. However, it was closed. Anyways, I hope God will open more bookstore around us.
This is a good bookstore. There's a Barnes & Noble Cafe serving Starbucks inside. The Starbucks app won't work here. But the B&N rewards program will. It is nice to browse and look for new books or magazine. The manga section is pretty neat.
Very solid and well curated 4K movie selection at this location. Good selection of blank journals and notebooks as well. As with most of my favorite bookstores, the technical and mathematics sections have been shrinking over time, but I guess I'm now old man yelling at cloud…
Recently visited on the way from SFO airport to San Francisco for some last minute purchases of gifts and board games for Christmas. It has an excellent collection of all of the above. I bought the 1980s edition of Monopoly, Philip Pullman's Golden Compass, an encyclopedia of herbal remedies, a cat shaped desktop vacuum cleaner, some pop up christmas cards and wrapping paper.nnNote: Phillip Pullman's Golden Compass series has recently moved from the Fantasy section to the Young Adult section. I was initially confused but the knowledgeable staff were able to find it for me.
