Official synopsis Publisher
This trip around the coastline of Ireland came to mind when I retired at the age of sixty years. What I had in mind then was to walk around the whole coastline but advice from various sources at that time persuaded me to temporarily abandon the idea. From then until my approaching seventieth birthday in 2009 I kept turning the idea over in my mind. However, instead of walking the whole way I decided that perhaps it would be a better idea to cycle the coastline as this would avoid me having to carry a heavy rucksack. This is my story.
