What Do You Do?

Isla Frances Griffin believes the word “love” is used too loosely for all sorts of things that might be great but aren’t love. She longs for the one and only real thing. Eve Ellen Minton can’t say what love is or isn’t but she wants to remedy the loneliness that has shadowed Isla since she found herself suddenly single again and living alone for the first time in her life. So, a big bash of a party is planned. In its wake, new possibilities emerge, hopes and dreams resurge, there’s a road trip, loads of fun, and music. Lots of music. Then everything changes. Isla and Eve Ellen, best friends and fellow adventurers since they were kids, suddenly find they’re facing a future they hadn’t anticipated. One for which they have no roadmap, plan, or playlist. Come what may, they have to find their way, figuring it out as they go. They have to accept that mistakes will be made because, as Eve Ellen tells Isla, “there’s no such thing as perfect.” Still, through it all and more than ever, Eve Ellen is determined to help Isla find a new partner.
