A Christian attorney with an extensive law enforcement background, Tom made the mistake of borrowing money from his client’s trust account. When he was unable to repay the funds, he was prosecuted for theft. Under the advisement of his attorney, who he believed had his best interests in mind, Tom pled guilty before an atheist judge (who he had a negative history with) and was sentenced to sixty months in prison. This was despite him having no prior criminal history and the sentencing guidelines calling for probation. In a moment, Tom’s life was drastically changed.

Through his obedience, Tom had the opportunity to hold Bible studies and lead more than thirty inmates to salvation. And God protected him every step of the way, intervening when his life was in danger many times.
