This edition of “Hanbury & Martin” is written with students’ needs and interests as the primary consideration. The author’s experience and involvement in teaching trusts law on a day-to-day basis to both undergraduates and post graduates means she is particularly aware of the necessity of clarity of expression combined with examples and illustrations to explain relevant points.
