In “EU The Final World Empire,” Alan Franklin explores the implications of the European Union’s expansion and its potential to emerge as a dominant global power. Published by Hearthstone Pub. in 2002, this 224-page book delves into the political, economic, and military aspirations of Europe as it seeks to unify under a single empire reminiscent of the Roman Empire. Franklin presents a detailed analysis of current events and projections regarding the EU’s influence, particularly in relation to the United States and its impact on Christians.

Franklin discusses the ongoing developments within the EU and the historical context of its formation, raising questions about the future of Europe and its role in global affairs. The book also addresses themes related to eschatology and the concept of a New World Order, providing insights into the author’s perspective on these critical issues.

Official synopsis Publisher

Book Description As prophesied in the Bible, the European Union, along with NATO, is taking in countries to the east and the south. Will the United States continue to over-shadow the EU, or will the EU become strong enough to break off the eagle’s wings? Alan Franklin, a British newspaperman, reports on the attempt by Europe to become one political, economic, military, and ecclesiastical empire and restore the revived Roman Empire as the world’s dominant power.
Will Humpty-Dumpty, the Roman Empire broken into its various countries, be put back together again? What will happen to every American, and especially Christians, if the nations of Europe become one empire again?
The reader will be fascinated by the facts and projections the author makes about what is coming to pass right now within the boundaries of the old Roman Empire. The book contains much other End Times material, including the coming New World Order, the spies in the sky, introducing antichrist and much else, making it “the greatest story never told.”
From the Author:
I have drawn upon so many sources in writing this book, which I updated in 2004, that it is impossible to list them – it would require two chapters of notes!
Information has come from the newspapers and magazines of Britain and America, news services, specialist publications and internet web sites. A considerable part of the information has been gleaned first hand by myself and my wife Pat, in our jobs as editors and writers for a variety of publications.
Other valuable information has come in Britain from Christian speakers and writers like Tony Pearce, publisher of an excellent Christian newsletter – ‘Light for the Last Days’ [[email protected]] and Jacob Prasch, whose excellent books, and other good Christian titles, are available via St. Matthew Publishing Ltd. of 24 Geldart Street, Cambridge, CB1 21X, England, tel 01223 504871. I have also been informed by the authoritative Christian magazine ‘Vanguard’ at PO Box LB1475, London, WIA 9LB.
I have been helped by anti-EU newsletters like ‘The Eurorealist.’ £9 annual subscriptions for which are available from W.A.E.C. at Eurorealist, 53, Daisy Bank Crescent, Walsall, WS5 3BH, e-mail: [email protected]; ‘Eurofacts’ (PO Box 9984 London W12 8WZ); and ‘Portman Papers’ (20, Portmans, North Curry, Taunton, Somerset, TA3 6NL, UK). The U.K. Independence Party’s website at independenceuk.org.uk/ is a useful source of information on the emerging EU superstate, the Europcorps army and much else.
Other book sources include ‘The Castle of Lies’ by Christopher Booker and Richard North – subtitled ‘Why Britain must get out of Europe,’ published by Duckworth, 48, Hoxton Square, London, NI 6PB; ‘The Principality and Power of Europe’ by Adrian Hilton, Dorchester House Publications, Box 67, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 5SJ; ‘New World Order’ (‘The Ancient Plan of Secret Societies’) by William T. Still, Huntington House, Inc.; ‘Big Brother NSA and its Little Brothers’ by Terry L. Cooke, SCM Publishing, Bend, Oregon; ‘The Two Babylons’ by the Rev. Alexander Hislop, available from B. McCall Barbour of 28, George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1ES, Scotland; ‘Please Tell Me’ and ‘The Deadly Deception,’ two highly informed books about Freemasonry by Tom C. McKenney, published by Huntington House Publishers and, of course, ‘The King James Bible.’
From America we have drawn on the resources of Southwest Radio Church Ministries (PO Box 100, Bethany, OK 73008) and Dave Hunt’s ‘Berean Call’ of PO Box 7019, Bend, Oregon 97708. All Dave Hunt’s booklist is recommended and should be in every church library. We commend Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum’s ‘Ariel Ministries’ of 1541 Parkway Loop, D Tustin, CA 92680. Particularly recommended is Arnold’s definitive book ‘The Footsteps of the Messiah.’ We also recommend Dr. David Reagan’s Lamb and Lion Ministries of Texas, PO Box 919, McKinney, TX 75070, with whom we have had the pleasure of making radio and TV programs and whose boo
