I understand they are competing with the internet and sales tactics reflect this. But everything being almost 2x internet price and not the warmest customer service means I probably won’t be returning.

I was simply looking for a place to get nautical books,old or new, it didn't matter. This place exceeded my expectations! A veritable storehouse of books, charts, tools, etc. I will definitely be coming back again.
