This store has a great selection of books. There is an escalator and an elevator. The doors are handicap accessible. There is plenty of parking at this location. I love the design and how organized this store is. However, was very disappointed and disgusted by the state of the bathroom. I actually was totally shocked because when I walked through the bookstore everything looked so neat and clean and modern, however, when I got to the hallway of the bathrooms everything got dull and when I opened the bathroom door and looked at the sink and the floor I was like this could not be the same place. I was totally shocked. This bathroom needs to be upgraded a simple cleaning will not do the trick. You can see all of the grime and grit on the sink and the chipping of the caulk and whatever else. I really expected more. I couldn't even change my baby on the changing table because it was so dirty. The hallway walls to the bathroom could use some help as well.
I am a regular B&N customer and I found this location particularly amazing because of their rich selection of journals and gifts for book lovers that cover various preferences and prices.nThere is an interesting selection of books for young adult, pride, feminism, science and health that seems very well curated. They also have a large number of vinyl records from various genres.nThe store is spacious and has a Starbucks coffee inside.
It was so nostalgic to be in a Barnes & Noble. It was clean, well organized, had lots of variety, and the customer service was great. I never want to order a book from the internet again now that my favorite bookstore has re-emerged. I missed the experience of seeing and touching the books, wondering from isle to isle letting a topic or theme I wouldn't normally pay attention to cat h my eye. I can't wait to take my nieces and nephews. It also was family friendly and had lots of parking.
Their customer service could be better (not rude, but they aren't friendly either) but they do still carry all the music magazines my husband likes…..most Barnes and Nobles that I go to stopped selling them.
“This was my first time going to a bookstore in 5 years and it was a wonderful experience. The store is clean and very organized. There’s a wide variety of books to choose from that it can get overwhelming! I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice bookstore!”nn-Chloe
