UIC Bookstore

Absolutely horrendous customer service. When I attempted to make a return the bookstore processed the wrong textbook in my account. The manager, Chiyanne, promised to resolve the situation by returning both books for me and then proceeded to completely ghost me on all communications. No correction was ever made. This issue has caused a hold to be placed on my account. Truly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. PLEASE do not buy your books here, get them from ANYWHERE else.

Staff were friendly and even corrected their sister bookstore at the medical campus to help me locate an item

Why is this establishment closed 20 minutes before closing time? I had came to pick up my order and I was unable to. There was an employee in the store and somehow no response. I was unable to come earlier because I was at work. But why establish the hours when the establishment does not follow through?
