College Store

I had contact with one employee only and he was very nice and helpful. I couldn't go in to assist my child with getting his books, so the clerk helped. I gave the store two stars for excellent service, from the employee. I deducted three for not guaranteeing the safety of customers' personal property by making them leave their valuables on an open, unmonitored shelf, by the exit, containing a sign stating that they are not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. Ummm…Why would I leave my purse on this shelf? I would suggest that they install better cameras or get the books for the students. If someone steals your belongings you won't be able to buy the books or call and pay for a ride back home.

I love Diana the cashier. She is so sweet and kind. Such a beautiful woman

They need to give the college store a MAJOR upgrade. The layout is terrible and dated. Would make the students and works lives easier if they got the upgrade they deserve to be able to truly merchandise and have new shelves to use. Staff are nice ☺️

Personnel very nice and attentive. Everytime I go there there are hardly 5 people buying.nnI understand their policy of no backpacks inside the store because of thefts. But they should be a little flexible with people carrying laptops.nnI WILL NOT leave my $$$$ dollar laptop outside the store. And it wasn't expensive because I wanted to but because all the software I need.nnAnd they got mad when I told them that I don't need to give explanations on why I bought an expensive laptop.nnIt's just stupid that they thought I was going to take some pencils cause I got a laptop bag. They have a point because thefts but They also have enough personnel to check on people.nnI just think they should let laptop bags in. Because I KNOW they will not be responsible for backpacks being stolen.

Pretty expensive, but what do you expect from a retailer of textbooks, great selection of school supplies & cookbooks!! Sells snacks & drinks. NO EBT ACCEPTED!! CASH OR CARD ONLY!!
