1st time here. Loved this place the (owner ,maybe) gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a lot of old n used books, collectibles. It was easy to find plenty of parking. They have a ramp and stairs. It's not too big but it's nice. They have a section of free books so pls feel free to bring a book to donate as well. Today I bought an old Bible! Mission accomplished. i will be back

A fantastic little bookstore with an surprisingly large spread of things. At first when driving up you may think you’ve missed it, but go through the door next to the sign reading “book store”, head down the hall, and you can’t miss all the books inside. I spent at least an hour and a half just looking at all they have. They have a ton of Texana books, but a good smattering of other themes such as art, general fiction, and old tech. You’ll definitely be surprised by what you find. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Best book store in SA I've been to. It's a small space and you might think you've been misled by Google when you roll up, but trust the address and keep your eyes open and you'll find it.nNut vs Seed has a unique collection that makes thumbing through paperbacks exciting again. You might actually be surprised – either by something you've been after for weeks or by the cover of a novel you've never heard of. It feels more like the large collection of a curious reader than a group of endless cast offs that don't find owners at an estate sale (like other used bookstores around here!).nDefinitely worth the stop. When every shelf has little traces of gold, it's hard to stop looking until you've glanced at every book lest you miss your holy grail.

Great bookstore. The owners were super friendly, great selection and even better prices. Huge selection of books on texana and American history. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
