Had a terrible experience the night of 12/30/25 at closing. We were sitting at a table had ordered coffee a few a minutes before. The attendant came up and told us that the store was closed we acknowledged and she continued harassing us “ why aren’t you moving “ This is not how the way to talk to customers I would have never expected this from a company like Barnes and Noble very disappointed
I love there are still some book shops left! Not only for books, but all the other cool stuff they sell.nThis one is well organized with lots of options.nLine to check out was long, but moved quickly and efficiently.nI don't buy books as I've used a Kindle for many years. However, its still fun to browse to see whats available, then purchase online.nLastly, we didn't have a coffee but there is a Starbucks inside. Much less busy than any other coffee shops in La Cantera!

I usually leave good reviews but this one deserves a 0 star. We asked for extra Caramel. The ladies at Starbucks over did the caramel and were talking about us like we couldn’t hear them. This was beyond disrespectful and humiliating on their end. We went back and spoke to the manager and he tried to say it was extra. This is a bottle of caramel. Very unacceptable!!
Man, I go here all the time. They always have tons of new books coming through, so it's always a fun time to browse through their collection. They also have tons of vinyls, so vinyl hobbyists can find pristine picks here too. Plus, having a Starbucks inside is great. You can grab a coffee and a book, and enjoy a nice afternoon. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to be.
