After being accepted as a Healer, Wisdom must use his abilities to rebuild the Realm of Trully and keep faith with the people. Between impressing a childhood sweetheart, prying secrets from his half-brother, and pretending to own a white-winged harpy for a servant, Wisdom receives an invitation to No’va’s only floating castle. It is there that he is shown a device used in the cleansing of any corrupt magic, and is the key to stopping a growing Darkness forming the Black Unicorn’s territory. The trials to owning a clan are never-ending. But an even greater threat exists that could destroy the human race altogether unless Wisdom finds a way to unite the people and prove they belong.
