Half Price Books

I enjoy having the ability to sell my used books here. The variety of books, puzzles, vinyl records, DVD and CD is quite remarkable. Everything is sorted and displayed by category which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Heck, if you don't have time to look around but know what you're looking for their friendly staff will guide you in the right direction.

Very cool store with super polite and helpful staff with a great selection of books, but it would really help to have more transparency ahead of time on how much cash they offer when you sell them items. I was offered $26.09 for 131 books. Even acknowledging that my items were used and varied in quality, $26.09 seems very low. Somewhat disappointing. Come here to buy and enjoy the space, as it really is a lovely store! But consider going somewhere else to sell.

Great selection of books, love the mix of new and used options. And a surplus of kids books are available!

Well organized and clean! Employees were very helpful. My 4 star is only because the website was a bit confusing – I was sad to find that the two books I was looking to get weren't at that location. Maybe it would help to have a spot when looking at the actual book online to see what HPB location has that book. Good prices! I was nervous about the stickers on the books I did buy but they all peeled off very easily and didn't leave any residue.

I always find a great book at a even better price! Also helps they buy your books and will give you cash after assessing them. Love this little store.
