The experience I had making my purchases was unbelievable.nI recently had breast surgery and walk extremely slow. I met Alayna first who preempted my journey to the register. She helped me find what I was looking for and then learned of a discount if I purchased “The Book of the Year” I was holding and asking about.nnAfter her research I slowly walked to the register where Chy greeted me with a HUGE smile as well.nnI purchased both books but they both went WAAAY beyond what was necessary to make sure I could get the items I came for.nnWhile I’m recovering from surgery I have had a few setbacks. Today’s trip to B&N just gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling that can’t be duplicated.nnIt was the concern in Alayna’s voice and the love of books that we were able to discuss for a brief moment.nnI’m so grateful to both of them. They made my experience worth the drive.
Great book store! They have so many manga's which is amazing! One time when I walked in a CD of my favorite band too! I got this Kimi ni todoke book here and found some awesome solo leveling manga's too
I love Barnes & Noble. I feel excited to read whenever I find myself inside a Barnes & Noble.nnThis Barnes & Noble is one floor only with plenty of space to walk around. The shelves are so organized and stocked up with books. The sections are logically situated with a good flow.nnI like their vinyl area as it seems like the right fit. The toys section is great to let the kids visit after learning patience and looking at their books.nnStaff are around if you need help, but no one bothers you unless you approach them.
This Barnes and Noble was one of the best I've seen! It's vast in size and selection. The book staff was very organized, friendly and helpful as well as the Cafe staff. She even got my earl gray tea out in a timely fashion even though the line was pretty busy. Overall a satisfied experience.
The stress of accessing this location insured I won't try again. Because of the Sugar Land Town Center heavily congested area caused by too many stores in one small area in a heavily populated area, parking spaces are near impossible to find. After parking a football field away, you enter the back of the store. Check out is in the front. Goodbye SL Barnes & Noble. May as well be on the Moon.
