Ontario Street Comics

To be honest, I have never been to this store, but I heard about its cult status and was looking forward to getting there. And finally today I am in this area and have almost arrived. My hands are even a little sweaty. And to be even more honest, I am from another country where there is practically no comic book culture, and for me this is a big discovery, that's why I like it all so much and the culture of comics, the culture of pop and everything else so captivates me that I am simply in complete delight. What I had previously seen only in films ….🤯😋 Of course, I gave them five stars in absentia, but I am sure that they deserve more, but I will still make a photo report later and tell you my emotions and feelings.🤔🧐 The wrapper – This is definitely something you shouldn't pay any attention to. The main thing is what's inside🫣

I can't believe I've lived just 1 miles from this gem for the last 15 years. Reminds me of the comic shop in the Simpsons hehe. They weren't to fond of my Xmas jokes that I walked in telling but they were super helpful and knowledgeable. The shop has been there since 1989 and it shows but an awesome way. If your looking for anything comic related definitely check this place out.

I am a fan of comic book and game stores. I have been to so many awesome spots in the Philadelphia area. However, untilI entered this store, I never experienced a true comic shop of thia nature or scale. This shop feels like a hole in a wall fever dream of what people may imagine a comic shop to be like. Thia place had an awesome selection of books, memorabilia, and other similar items that bled out of every nook and cranny. I saw all the big titles, of course but then more obscure ones as well. I felt that there was more stuff literally buried between the shelves, and that there was even more to find in the uncountable nooks and crannies in this shop. I had a little problem finding parking right away andI was a bit overwhelmed by the puzzling mountain of comic books, but I spent a good couple hours here, which is longer than I had spent any other vomic book shop recently. Ontario St. Comics is dark, dirty, gritty and a perfect comic book shop experience.

I love this place. I really wish I knew about it sooner. Steve is super helpful and knowledgeable about anything you need . One of my favorite parts of body is that it has all the latest comics on time as well as some older gems. My favorite part is that it's never too crowded so you never feel pressured to make a choice right away. If I had any criticism about this longstanding store is that I wish the older stuff was a bit more organized.

We have been coming here for many years. We enjoy all the special occasions like Batman Day, Free Comic Book Day, etc but our whole family always finds other items to buy during our visits as well. The store is cavernous and has comics for the whole family. My husband loves new releases while I like to search through the vintage titles.
