Fabulous independently owned bookstore. They carry a variety of books and other items. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. A great place to hang, but also a great place to shop. There is a limited amount of seating. There aren’t too many bookstores like this anymore. Parking is available. Prices are average.

My favorite bookstore! I enjoy it's whimsical, fantasy lean in terms of curation, and emphasis on local art – making it awesome for small, unique gifts. They also switch it up with a featured monthly artist.nnMore than a bookshop, it fosters community with a variety of interesting events like author signings, workshops and pop-ups with music.

Quite possibly my favorite indie ever. The space is so cozy and magical, the book selection is perfectly curated, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Even as an indie bookseller and author who is pretty up to speed on the book world, I still always find something new-to-me and exciting at Capricorn.

What a charming little bookstore! I always like to stop by local bookstores in my travels and was instantly blown away with how magical the atmosphere was! From the friendly and helpful staff to the coziness of it all I was really impressed. I wished I had more time to spend but I will plan for it my next visit! If you’re into fiction/fantasy/sci-fi/horror their tastes in these genres are exquisite. Again it felt like the bookstore of my dreams had just appeared before me, I’m so glad I stopped by! The staff are great at making suggestions if you’re looking for gifts too!

Purchased a book there recently and was my first time in. What an amazing vibe for a book shop with a great selection. The folks there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a must if you’re in Jenkintown and want to support a small local business.
