Aged 14 Stephen addicted to amphetamine ran away to become the schoolboy apprentice to Gentleman George the legendary jewel thief. In 1963 with suitcases of cash from a robbery he began ten years of millionaire lunacy as his addiction exploded. Talking 100 tablets a day he lost everything ending up on the streets sleeping in shop doorways. Aged 36 a German student rescues him and now married with two sons a fairy tale drug free life in Munich began. What happened next was stranger than fiction.
